Becoming a BOX Participant

All brokers-dealers seeking trading privileges with the BOX Options Exchange LLC must complete the following BOX Participant application documents:

• BOX Options Participant Application
• BOX Options Participant Agreement
• BOX Options Participant User Agreement

Information about BOX fees can be found in the Fee Schedule.

Each BOX Participant must ensure that a Clearing Guarantee document is completed by the clearing firm that will act as Clearing Agent at the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) for all trade executions on BOX. This document must be completed and submitted by the BOX Participant prior to the debut of trading by the Participant. Two forms, listed below, are available depending on whether the BOX Participant is a market maker or a non-market maker; use the appropriate form.

• BOX Options Participant Clearing Guarantee for Market Maker
• BOX Options Participant Clearing Guarantee for Non-Market Maker
