Below is a list of documents regarding the BOX project which may be downloaded.Generally speaking, most technical specifications documentation are not provided below, but may only be obtained by contacting the BOX Implementation team.

Required for All Box Participants

• BOX Participant Application
  This form (parts one and two) must be completed by any firm wishing to become a BOX trading Participant. Part three must be completed if the applicant wants BOX to act as his Designated Options Examining Authority and part four must be completed by Participants wishing to be appointed Market Makers on BOX. This contract must be completed and submitted by the BOX Participant prior to the debut of trading by the Participant.
  
  
• BOX Market Maker Application
  There is no distinct Application form to become a BOX Market Maker. This is included in the general BOX Participant Application above, part four being completed only by market maker candidates.
  
  
• BOX Participant Agreement
  This contract, between the BSE and the Participant, must be completed and submitted by the BOX Participant prior to the debut of trading by the Participant.
  
  
• BOX User Agreement
  This contract, between BOX LLC and the Participant, must be completed and submitted by the BOX Participant prior to the debut of trading by the Participant.

Clearing Agreements

• OCC Clearing Member Agreement
  Each BOX trading Participant must ensure that this contract is completed by the firm which will act as his clearing agent at the OCC for all his trade executions on BOX. This contract must be completed and submitted by the BOX Participant prior to the debut of trading by the Participant.
  
  
• BOX Intermarket Linkage Valid Clearing Firm ("VCF")
  BOX Participant firms wishing to act as VCF for market makers from away exchanges sending orders to BOX under the terms of the Intermarket Linkage Plan must submit this form to BOX.
  
  
• BOX Intermarket Linkage Market Maker Valid Clearing Firm ("VCF")
  Each BOX Market Maker must complete this form and submit to BOX, providing BOX with the Market Maker's clearing information for use when the BOX Market Maker executes orders on away markets under the terms of the Intermarket Linkage Plan. This contract must be completed and submitted by the BOX Market Maker Participant prior to the debut of trading by the Participant.
  
  
• BOX Market Maker Sub-Account Information
  This document must be completed by all BOX Participants intending to act as Market Makers.
